What we provide
Boarding, feeding, etc.
We provide boarding, exercising, feeding (dog parents should provide food. Of course we won’t let your dog go without if you forget), entertaining if needed, medicating, and most important- loving for your dog when your dog needs some time away. All dogs are provided a raised Kuranda bed with a pad and cushy blanket although we recommend a blanket that smells like where they normally sleep.
We have a 24 hr day that begins as you walk out our door at a cost of $45.00 per day. There is a $15.00 discount for a second dog if they sleep in the same kennel. There is a limit of 3 dogs per kennel so if you have a fourth dog (lucky human), a second kennel will be needed. We will adjust fees at the time kennel is reserved.
There is a $10.00 per night extra fee for non-spayed and non-neutered dogs.
Flea and tick check
At the time of drop-off and pick-up, your dog will get a quick flea and tick check. If there are fleas and or ticks an entry bath can be provided, at your expense depending on the size of the dog and severity.
If your dog is not in good health at the time of drop-off, we may need to cancel your stay. We are reasonable and will work with you for the best solution for that time.
Tall grass
Our recommendation
As the description says. there is tall grass. Tall grass means ticks. It is recommended to treat your dog with an oral or topical flea and tick medication 7 to 14 days prior to their scheduled stay. We can not assure or guarantee in any way your dog will come home free of ticks, but we will do our best.
We are not taking financial responsibility for any infestation of fleas and ticks. All kennels are cleaned and disinfected regularly and available for your inspection prior to and at pick up.
